Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ½ lime(s), juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the corn and tuna and mix them with the cream cheese in a bowl. Peel, pit, and finely chop the avocado. Add the avocado to the bowl. Season everything with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
