Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the tuna and corn in a bowl. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber and add them. Season with fresh chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. The cilantro adds a particularly exotic flavor. Serve with baguette.
