Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of beans (white giant beans, elephant beans), drained
- 1 pkt. sheep cheese, in cubes
- ½ jar green olives, halved
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 3 tomatoes, cored, diced
- a little vinegar
- oil
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- lots of parsley and chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients together. It’s important to use slightly more oil than vinegar.
