Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of beans (white giant beans, elephant beans), drained
  • 1 pkt. sheep cheese, in cubes
  • ½ jar green olives, halved
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 3 tomatoes, cored, diced
  • a little vinegar
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • lots of parsley and chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. It’s important to use slightly more oil than vinegar.
