Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g flour
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 600 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 cube of yeast or 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Put the flour in a bowl and stir in the dried yeast (or shake the yeast cubes until liquid first). Add the bacon and cheese, then add lukewarm milk and a pinch of salt if desired. Close the lid and swirl the bowl until the ingredients are well blended. Stir again with a spatula. Place the bowl in a hot water bath. After about 20 minutes, remove the lid. Drop the dough by the tablespoon onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Homemade herb butter is delicious with it.
