Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 6 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 class jar salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 tbsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Boil the eggs hard and let them cool. In the meantime, finely chop the onion. Drain the tuna and corn. Place the tuna, onion, and corn in a bowl. Add the chopped eggs and Miracle Whip. Season to taste and mix well. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve with toast or baguette.
