Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 can of sardines in oil
- 100 g sheep’s cheese and/or goat’s cheese
- Salt and pepper, colorful
- Garlic
Instructions

Slice the radishes into thin sticks. Cut the chives into small rings (best done with scissors). Halve the sardines in oil and cut into pieces. Dice the cheese. Mix everything together loosely. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic, to taste. Let it sit for about an hour. Add a little oil from the sardines, and you’re done.
