Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 potatoes, thick, cooked in their jackets
- 6 eggs, boiled
- 6 cucumber(s), sour
- 6 apples
- 6 onions
- 1 jar salmon (pollock schnitzel)
- 2 eggs, including the yolk
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- oil
- Mustard
- Vinegar
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Chop the ingredients into small pieces. For the marinade, mix the egg yolk with the spices, add oil drop by drop, and season with mustard and vinegar. Add the ingredients to the marinade and mix well.
