Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g mushrooms
- 4 shallots
- 150 g butter, soft
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions

Clean and finely dice the mushrooms. Peel and finely dice the onions. Melt some of the butter and gently fry the onions and mushrooms in it, then let cool. Drizzle the onion and mushroom mixture with lemon juice, mix with the remaining butter, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
