healthy and delicious

Grate the lemon thoroughly with a paper towel, remove the zest, and squeeze out the juice. Thoroughly mix the grated zest and juice with the honey. Add the sage leaves, cloves, and broken cinnamon sticks to the honey and stir briefly. The spices will stay in the honey. Let it steep for at least 4 weeks. It’s soothing when you have a cold, or you can simply let it melt in your mouth. Of course, you can also use it to flavor your tea even if you don’t have a cold.
