Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 40 g kohlrabi
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp tarragon, fresh
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Julienne the kohlrabi. Mix the dressing and season to taste. First, arrange the oak leaf lettuce, then the kohlrabi, and finally the dressing on plates or in bowls.
