Celery – Carrots – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g celeriac
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 30 g peanuts, roasted
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • some Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and coarsely grate the celery and carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion, and mix with the peanuts and raisins. Place everything in a bowl and season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a few dashes of Tabasco. Finally, finely chop the parsley and fold it in.
