Banana-coconut smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 1 can coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 500 g vanilla ice cream
  • 1 shot of coconut syrup
  • some ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put all ingredients together in a tall measuring jug and then puree until a smooth mixture is formed.
