Leek – Carrots – Vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks, approx. 500 g
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 200 g cream cheese (herb cream cheese)
  • 2 tsp broth, instant
  • 4 slice(s) Leberkäse, fried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim, wash, and finely chop the leeks and carrots. Dice the onions. Sauté everything in butter. Add the sour cream and season with 2 teaspoons of instant broth. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Stir in the herb cream cheese and dissolve it. Serve with fried Leberkäse (meatloaf).
