Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 can/n beans (sharpened beans)
- 250 g bacon, diced
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp broth (instant)
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt some fat in a pot. Then add the mixed ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and brown. Add the diced bacon and brown it as well. Then add the entire contents of the can of beans, stir, and add a little more water (about half the can). Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, season with broth (about 1-2 teaspoons). This tastes best with rice, of course.
