Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 stalk(s) leeks, approx. 500 g
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 2 onions
- 80 g butter
- 2 cups sour cream
- 200 g cream cheese (herb cream cheese)
- 2 tsp broth, instant
- 4 slice(s) Leberkäse, fried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim, wash, and finely chop the leeks and carrots. Dice the onions. Sauté everything in butter. Add the sour cream and season with 2 teaspoons of instant broth. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Stir in the herb cream cheese and dissolve it. Serve with fried Leberkäse (meatloaf).
