Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat (turkey)
- 300 g rice, cooked al dente
- 2 large carrots
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 can of corn
- 200 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- n. B. cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Brown the minced meat with the diced onion, season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely grate the carrots, add them to the minced meat, and brown. Add the paprika. Mix the cream with the milk, egg, a little salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour the cooked rice into a casserole dish, spread the minced meat evenly over it, and top with the drained corn. Spread the cream mixture over the casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 30 minutes. Serve with a cucumber salad.
