Honey-Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 250 ml Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 500 ml oil
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 drop of Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finely dice the onions and place them in a bowl with honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Blend with a hand blender. Once everything is thoroughly blended, gradually add the oil to create an emulsion. Finally, mix in the egg. If desired, add a little more salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar to taste. It goes well with leaf salad and mixed salads.
