Pineapple – Banana – Pear Shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pear(s), late, e.g. Williams Christ
  • 1 small pomegranate
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tsp, heaped brown cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the pineapple, bananas, and pear into small pieces and blend briefly with the milk and sugar (a hand blender works just as well). Pour into a cocktail glass or a hollowed-out pineapple and top with a generous handful of pomegranate seeds.
