Strawberries with cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto
  • 50 g sugar
  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 150 g cream (whipping cream)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 40 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hull and chop the strawberries, add the Amaretto and sugar, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan until light brown. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently stir in the cream cheese and honey. Then fold in the strawberries and their resulting juice and divide the mixture among dessert bowls. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and serve.
