Strawberries – Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • little sugar
  • 1 egg(s), fresh
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 170 ml natural yogurt
  • 1 dl cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and slice the strawberries, and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle a little sugar over them. Beat the egg and sugar until frothy. Add the mascarpone, yogurt, and cream to the foam mixture and mix until creamy. Spread the mascarpone cream over the strawberries.
