Dreadys Yogurt – Vanilla Cream with Peaches

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 pack of cream powder (vanilla cream of paradise)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 small can of peach(s)
  • 2 tbsp peach juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the yogurt with the quark until smooth. Whisk the paradise cream powder with the milk and stir the cream into the yogurt. Drain the peaches and cut them into small cubes. Pour the juice into the cream, carefully fold in the peaches, and refrigerate until ready to serve. TIPS: The cream also tastes great with tangerines, strawberries, or cherries. You can also stir in some chocolate shavings with the strawberries or cherries. You can also use the cream as a cake filling or spread it on a pie crust.
