very easy

This is a recipe for making plastic-free cream cheese: Add about 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and spices or herbs to a jar of natural yogurt, stir, and season to taste. Place a sieve over a bowl and place a cheesecloth or tea towel inside the sieve. I always use a double layer of cheesecloth, especially with 3.8% yogurt, as it contains more whey. Now pour the seasoned yogurt onto the cheesecloth in the sieve and fold the cheesecloth over it. I then place a small plate on top of the package and weigh it down with a large stone. This causes the whey to drain out of the yogurt. Now you have to wait. If you put the cream cheese in the cheesecloth in the evening, you can spread delicious cream cheese on your breakfast bread in the morning.
