One-sided fried salmon fillet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 portions of fresh salmon fillet(s)
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A delicious main course

Heat a little oil in a pan over high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down in the hot oil. Fry for 10 minutes without turning. This allows the skin-side to form a crust while the other side is only lightly cooked. The fish remains very juicy.
