Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions, chopped
  • e.g. coriander

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Combine the sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, and water with the garlic and lemon juice to create a smooth marinade. Place the salmon in a baking dish and brush with the sauce, reserving the remaining sauce. Roast the salmon in the oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Once the time is up, pour the remaining marinade over the fish and turn on the grill to briefly caramelize the fish. Serve with spring onion rings, sesame seeds, and cilantro. We serve it with glass noodle salad.
