Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), very soft
- 2 bananas
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 750 ml buttermilk, pure
- possibly honey

delicious banana drink for energy during the day
First, pour the buttermilk into a large measuring jug. Then, roughly chop the avocado and bananas and blend them with the buttermilk. Add the lemon juice and mix well again. For a sweeter drink, add a little honey. If you use only 500 ml of buttermilk instead of 750 ml, the consistency will be similar to yogurt, making it a great meal replacement, as it’s quite filling. The bananas can easily be replaced with other fruits, such as raspberries, soft mangoes, etc.
