Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna
- 3 carrots
- 1 can of corn
- 6 cocktail tomatoes
- olive oil
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Lightly mash the tuna. Peel and grate the carrots. Drain the corn. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes, and mix with the tuna, corn, and carrots. Season with olive oil and herbs and let it marinate for about 1 hour. Serve with buttered bread or baguette.
