Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 pack of cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 jar of pickles
  • 1 onion(s) (red onion)
  • 1 cup of yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • 6 tbsp broth (cucumber broth)
  • 1 tsp mustard, extra hot
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 shot of mineral water
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For the sauce, mix all ingredients together. Fold in the sausage, Gouda cheese, pickles, and diced onion.
