Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 5 pickles
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 10 wild garlic leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Wild garlic dip with yogurt

Finely chop the pickles and garlic clove. Finely slice the wild garlic leaves. Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature in a covered bowl for about 1 hour before serving. Season with salt and pepper.
