Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g spelt flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 300 ml milk, low-fat
- 150 g apple sauce, low-calorie or homemade
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 40 g coconut blossom sugar or stevia
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- e.g. cinnamon
- e.g. vanilla
- some oil for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
For everyone who wants to eat healthily and figure-consciously.
Combine all ingredients using a hand mixer on the highest setting or a whisk. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Bake the waffles in batches in the waffle iron. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Makes about 10 waffles.
