Quark with wild garlic and paprika

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g curd cheese, 40%
  • 150g Camembert(s)
  • 15 g butter
  • 15 g wild garlic, fresh
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • chili salt
  • Caraway seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the soft Camembert into cubes, add the quark and softened butter, and mash finely with a fork. Wash, deseed, and dice the bell pepper. Finely slice the wild garlic. Mix all ingredients and season to taste.
