  • 30 g Emmental cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • n. B. Black pepper, ground
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs

quick and hearty snack

Separate one egg and spread the yolk on a plate. You won’t need the egg white. Dip the sliced ​​cheese into the egg yolk, sprinkle with pepper, and coat in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cheese pieces until golden brown on both sides. Place the toasted bread on a plate. Top with the fried cheese, garnish, and serve. Since there was still a lot of oil left in the pan after frying (you’ll see this later in my instructions), I only included 10g of oil in the calories. I think that’s realistic. 360 kcal per serving.
