Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl Pernod
  • 2 cl liqueur (Bols Creme de Bananas)
  • 2 cl gin
  • 1 cl passion fruit syrup
  • 8 cl orange juice
  • Banana(s) – slices, cocktail cherries
  • Ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

This cocktail has already convinced many anise opponents

Add ice cubes and all ingredients to the shaker. Shake vigorously and strain through a bar strainer into a highball glass over more ice cubes. Top a cocktail stick with bananas and cocktail cherries and place it on the rim of the glass. Add two straws to the glass.
