Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g minced meat
- 200 g rice (long grain rice)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- some margarine or oil
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
- pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook rice in plenty of boiling salted water and drain. Season the minced meat with Chinese spices and mix well. Heat the fat and fry the meat until it crumbles. Trim and wash the vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the leek into thin rings. Add the vegetables to the meat and mix. Add the soy sauce and pepper. Simmer for 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Finally, add the rice and heat everything through again.
