Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ jar blueberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • Soy milk or mild yogurt
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine blueberries, banana, and milk or yogurt in a blender. Sweeten with honey, if desired. Tip: You can substitute the blueberries with other berries, such as blackcurrants, strawberries, or raspberries. The banana can be replaced with a pear.
