Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 30 g cheese, grated
- 100 g cream cheese
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients, except for the grated cheese, together well. Let the batter rest for a while, then stir in the cheese. Use the batter to make two large pancakes. They taste great with salad or served cold.
