Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g pasta
- 100 g tuna
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 100 ml white wine
- Sea salt, coarse-grained
- Pepper, crushed
- oil
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the onion in a pan with hot oil until translucent. Clean the tuna, season with salt, chop it, and add it for about 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate. Add the quartered tomatoes and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss briefly.
