Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g turkey meat, roasted
- 1 large shallot(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 nectarines, approx. 240 g
- 150 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 10 g chives, fresh
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
- chili flakes

Single salad, appropriately portioned also a delicious starter
Finely dice the turkey (any other poultry will do). Peel and slice the shallot. Peel the garlic and chop or press it into small pieces. Deseed the nectarines, first cut them into wedges, then finely dice them. Place everything in a bowl and mix gently. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, finely chop the chives, and stir in. Season the dressing to your liking, pour over the salad, and toss well. A fresh baguette from the oven with herb butter goes really well with this!
