Avocado-Tomato-Leek Dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 250 ml crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Refreshingly delicious for barbecues or fondue

Briefly place the tomatoes in boiling water, rinse, peel, and deseed. Then cut into small cubes. Thinly slice the spring onions. Peel the avocados and remove the flesh from the pit. Dice one avocado and mash the other with a fork. Mix the avocados with the crème fraîche, lime juice, mustard, tomatoes, and leeks, and season with pepper, salt, and chili powder.
