Vegan paprika sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tube(s) paprika paste
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • Thyme
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for grilling or as a base for other sauces (pepper steak)

Peel and finely dice the onion, bell pepper, and garlic clove, and sauté in olive oil, do not brown. Add the paprika and sugar and fry briefly. Puree a small can of diced tomatoes with a hand blender, add, and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, a little rosemary, thyme, and basil.
