Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bunches of dill
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 pot of natural yogurt (large pot, 500 g)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the garlic cloves and crush them finely with a garlic press. Chop the dill. Finely grate the cucumber and drain. Mix the cucumber and garlic with the yogurt and sour cream in a bowl. Add olive oil. Season the tzatziki with dill, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
