Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in oil or its own juice
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 ml water
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp spice mix for gyros
  • ½ tsp paprika powder (sweet)
  • ½ tsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in a little olive oil. Dice the bell pepper and sauté lightly. Halve the cherry tomatoes and toss them in briefly. Then add the tuna. Add water and stir in the tomato paste. Then season. Add all the spices and mix! Taste and adjust seasoning to taste. Since I cook according to taste, these instructions are approximate and quite accurate! For curry powder, perhaps use less than half a teaspoon. This recipe is relatively low in fat and can easily be eaten with rice on a diet.
