Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 medium-sized potatoes, waxy
- 200 g bacon (smoked bacon or cooked ham)
- 2 cups sour cream (or sour cream)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 spring onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- nutmeg
- 200 g cheese, (Emmental) grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Jacket potatoes topped with bacon, sour cream and cheese
Cook the potatoes until almost tender or cooked, peel, and halve lengthwise. Place in a casserole dish or deep ovenproof pan. Sprinkle with bacon/cooked ham. Mix the sour cream with the cream, sliced spring onion, and seasonings and spoon a dollop onto each potato. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
