Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 medium-sized potatoes, waxy
  • 200 g bacon (smoked bacon or cooked ham)
  • 2 cups sour cream (or sour cream)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • nutmeg
  • 200 g cheese, (Emmental) grated

Jacket potatoes topped with bacon, sour cream and cheese

Cook the potatoes until almost tender or cooked, peel, and halve lengthwise. Place in a casserole dish or deep ovenproof pan. Sprinkle with bacon/cooked ham. Mix the sour cream with the cream, sliced ​​spring onion, and seasonings and spoon a dollop onto each potato. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
