Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g tortelloni (refrigerated section)
- 200 g mushrooms, brown
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 35 g butter
- ½ tsp pepper
- 25 g flour
- 400 ml milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp stock powder
- ½ tsp nutmeg

without cream and still a delight
Cook the tortelloni according to the package instructions and set aside. Quarter the mushrooms and sauté them with the bacon cubes. Set aside. Melt the butter in a saucepan and season with half the pepper. Gradually stir in the flour and cook until golden brown. Whisk continuously, adding the milk. Bring to a boil briefly and remove from the heat. This will achieve a creamy consistency. Stir in the tortelloni, bacon, and mushrooms. Season with salt, bouillon powder, the remaining pepper, and nutmeg. Serve immediately while hot. Serve with salad and baguette. Approx. 677 kcal per serving.
