Medallions of white tuna with green asparagus and potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tuna, white (medallions, 4 – 5 pieces)
  • salt water
  • 500 g asparagus, green
  • 1 pack of sauce powder for light sauce for vegetables and poultry
  • e.g. potato(s)
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the potatoes, rinse, halve, and boil in salted water for about 14-16 minutes. Wash the green asparagus and trim off the woody ends. Cook the asparagus in water with a little sugar until al dente. Rinse the tuna medallions, pat dry, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the medallions for about 4 minutes on each side. Prepare the light sauce according to the package instructions. Arrange everything on plates and serve.
