Bircher muesli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g milk
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 65 g sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 80 g muesli (oat flakes, raisins, various seeds)
  • 20 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl and let it sit for about 20-30 minutes. Before serving, core the apple (peel if you like), chop it, and stir it into the muesli. I always prepare the muesli the night before and refrigerate it. This allows it to sit well and tastes better.
