Cheese-Chili Noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 125 g cheese (Gruyère)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml cream or cremefine for cooking
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, finely grate the cheese. Split, deseed, and finely chop the chilies. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté the garlic and chilies. Pour in the milk and cream and stir in the grated cheese. Simmer over low heat until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the pasta.
