Corn salad with leek

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks, medium-sized
  • 1 large apple, juicy
  • 1 small Miracle Whip (no mayonnaise)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Trim and finely chop the leek, then combine it with the finely diced apple and corn. Add the Miracle Whip and mix well. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for a while. If you like, you can also add a small can of pineapple chunks.
