Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 30 g flour
  • 60 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Thaw frozen chicken slightly beforehand. Coat the fillets in flour and fry in a frying pan with hot butter for 20 minutes until crispy and browned. Pairs perfectly with fries, buttered peas, and hollandaise sauce.
