Fried chicken strips with delicious dips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp orange peel (organic orange), grated
  • e.g. orange juice
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 5 tbsp ricotta
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp chives, freshly chopped
  • 1 bunch of young carrots, cut into fine strips
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Cut them into thin strips with a sharp knife and coat in flour. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. For the peanut dip, mix all the ingredients together well. If it’s too thick, simply add a little orange juice. For the tomato dip, chop the tomato and mix well with the other ingredients. Serve the chicken strips with the dips and the sliced ​​vegetables for dipping.
