Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 150 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet), finely chopped
  • 100 g spinach
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 g pasta
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the diced onions in the melted butter. Lightly fry the finely chopped pollock pieces, add the thawed spinach, and deglaze with water and cream. Season with stock. Let it reduce slightly. Add the al dente pasta and enjoy.
